Most of the dishes served in the restaurant are prepared with ingredients produced on our farm, including fruit, vegetables and salamis. Bread and home-made pasta is also made on the premises.
The area’s vineyards produce such famous wines as Arneis, Favorita, Roero, Nebbiolo and Barbera, which our guest house offers matched with local specialities including bagna caoda, raw beef salad, egg pasta, agnolotti al plin ravioli and rabbit cooked in Arneis wine, to name but a few.
Here, you can try all sorts of Piedmontese specialities.
Booking is preferred. Open all year.
We have a range of menus, including those for guests who require a diet for food intollerances, coeliac disease and for vegetarians (we kindly request guests to specify their dietary requirements at the moment of booking).
